Here is a list of basic gear that drops from these dungeons.
Fantasy Jungle = Lava Gear - 400 Stats.
Lost Basin = Tide Walker Gear - 480 Stats
Temple of Uldum = Thunderfury Gear - 600 Stats
Where to get Energy Mounds and Fallen Sky Stones,
Energy Mounds drop from all the dungeons. But the best ones i have found are Fantasy Jungle and ToU.
FJ drops a mound just about every kill. And a sky stone here and there.
Tou drops a few mounds mostly 3 to 5 per kill and 1 Fallen Sky Stone per kill.
