For starters you will need one peace of each dungeon gear for your class for the slot you want EK gear for.
Example:
Lava paladin head.
Tidewalker paladin head.
Thunderfury paladin head.
150 energy mounds
50 fallen sky stones

These are what u need for the Earthkeepers Paladin Helm quest to recive the Earthkeeper helm for a paladin.
You do the same for each peace of gear for each slot you are looking to equip with earthkeeper gear.
Note: The quest will be for what ever class you are.
